2. Products, Prices, and Availability

  • I strive to provide accurate product information, but errors may occur.

3. Payment Information

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit card (processed via Stripe), PayPal

  • Payment must be completed before products are shipped.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs:
    Standard shipping within the EU is a flat rate of €15 per order. For made-to-order products, shipping costs may vary depending on your location and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    Purchased items will be shipped within 7–10 business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

  • International Orders (Outside the EU):
    Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT fees that may apply when the product arrives in their country.

5. Returns & Withdrawal Policy

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, contact me at bamsway@hotmail.com to initiate the return.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of the returned product.

Exceptions may apply for personalized, custom-made, or perishable goods.
